We ship to wherever you live in the USA. We ship using USPS Priority Mail b/c it is actually the fastest cheapest way to get you your goods. All orders ship within 3 days of placement and shipping takes 2-3 days depending on where you live. Most of the time your order will get to you within 5 business days of placing your order. International
We don’t ship to wherever you live in the world! Check to make sure we ship to your country when checking out. We ship internationally using USPS Priority. All orders ship within 3 days of placement and shipping takes 5-7 days depending on where you live. Customs law differs from country to country, so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery. If you have any questions email online@durkl.com
RETURNS
ALL SALE ITEM SALES ARE FINAL
DURKL accepts returns of merchandise within two weeks of purchase for exchange or full refund. To qualify, you must:
* Return the item in its original form with a copy of the original receipt
* Include a detailed note explaining what you want us to do with the merchandise (exchange for a different size/item or issue a refund)
* Ship the merchandise back using an insured trackable method such as FedEx, UPS or Priority Mail
Please Note
* You will be charged for return shipping on exchanges.
* We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise if it is lacking sufficient information or if it appears to have been worn or used.
* If we shipped an incorrect or damaged item, DURKL will pay for the return shipping and send you the correct item upon receipt.

Any information that DURKL collects is for internal use only. Signing up for our newsletter is optional, and will inform you of all sales, events, new products etc…. We won’t be updating you on what we ate for breakfast or our favorite Slurpee flavor combinations - unless you want us to? All these communications will come equipped with an opt-out feature so you can be spared from our brilliance if you have poor taste. Beyond that, your info is totally safe.
